• Email address (for authentication via magic link)
• Username (chosen during onboarding)
• Betting history and ship balance
• Transaction data (Stripe, no banking details stored by ShipOdds)
• Technical data (IP address, browser, for security and analytics)

3. Legal Basis (GDPR Article 6)

Data processing is based on: (a) contract execution (account management, bets, purchases), (b) legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention), (c) consent (analytics cookies).

4. Processing Purposes

Your data is used for: account management and authentication, bet processing and ship management, payment processing via Stripe, platform security and fraud prevention, service improvement and analytics, transactional communications (email).

5. Data Retention

Account data is kept for the duration of account activity, plus 3 years after last login. Transaction data is kept for 5 years in accordance with French accounting regulations. You may request account deletion at any time.

6. Data Recipients

Your data may be shared with: Supabase (hosting and database, EU region), Stripe (payment processing), Upstash (rate limiting, Redis). No data is sold to third parties.

7. International Data Transfers

All data is stored within the European Union. We do not transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA. Our service providers (Supabase, Stripe, Upstash) offer EU-region hosting options that we use exclusively.
